NLP
Otherwise known as Neuro Linguistic Programming
A technique that incorporates the use of positive language, visualization and effect. This is a useful technique that is often used alongside hypnosis in order to achieve a direct and positive initiative for change and personal growth.
TFT/EFT
Otherwise known as thought field therapy, or to some EFT (emotional freedom technique).
Both therapies are beneficial in helping to release direct unwanted negative thoughts and emotions through physically tapping into the individuals meridians. This is a physical procedure whereby the client is taught how to use this powerful tool for their own progression and growth. These services can be used alongside hypnosis if deemed necessary by the therapist.
